Delivery of Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital wallpaper packs. No physical products are shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

  1. Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased digital wallpaper(s). A download link will be provided on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
  2. File Formats: All wallpapers are provided in high-resolution JPEG format. The wallpapers are packaged in .zip files for easy download and access.
  3. Receipt Email: In addition to immediate access on the order confirmation page, a download link will be included in the receipt email sent to you after your purchase.

Issues with Downloads

  1. Download issues: If a file is unavailable, incorrect, corrupted, or cannot be accessed as described, contact support@cleandesksetup.com with your order details.
